The front holds dildos with O rings, (comes with one rubber 1.75" ring), which are interchangeable, but also has a hole through the base if you prefer to push it through. The back is padded and corseted for extra comfort and adjustment, the soft double groin straps are adjustable both on separation and length.  Dildo not included. Fits hips 39" - 60"
